Screening of the movie « No kid without a birth certificate » in presence of Vincent Acakpo, Mayor of Dogbo (Benin), organised by the city of Roeselare.

Dogbo and Roeselare were awarded the first prize of the PLATFORMAwards last year for their joint birth registration project. The prize consisted in a 20-minute movie to present their city-to-city cooperation project.
