The City of Marseille will host the next AFCCRE European University on 2 and 3 October 2023 at the Palais du Pharo, at the invitation of Benoit PAYAN, Mayor of Marseille, and Michèle RUBIROLA, First Deputy Mayor and Vice-President of AFCCRE.

The 9th AFCCRE European University is taking place in a unique context, with less than a year to go before the European elections, which are particularly important for local and regional authorities in our country, given the international issues at stake and the tensions of all kinds that our territories are experiencing.
