The aim of this new AFCCRE working committee is to provide a forum for exchange and dialogue between AFCCRE members on the state of relations and cooperation between local and regional authorities, on European policy, and also on European tools, particularly financial tools, and initiatives likely to support projects developed by local and regional authorities in this area.

Meeting organised in the context of the Spanish Presidency of the European Union and the Union for the Mediterranean conference taking place on 27 and 28 November in Barcelona.
