The political leadership of CEMR, PLATFORMA and UCLG-Africa meet in the context of the Assizes of Decentralised Cooperation to establish the political priorities towards the Local Government Summit that will be held back-to-back to the 5th EU-Africa Summit on 27 November in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire.
