PLATFORMA and CEMR organise their first Town Hall COP to bring up the discussion of the multi-level governance as a key tool to fight against climate change. We aim at doing this through a dialogue with the international, European, national and local levels to continue working towards a decarbonisation path as required by the Paris Agreement.

The results of this Town Hall COP will be shared with the large community of the Local Government and Municipal Authority (LGMA) constituency of United Nations, of which CEMR is a member.
