Organised by the European Commission, the European Development Days (EDD) bring the development community together each year to share ideas and experiences in ways that inspire new partnerships and innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. The EDD is a participatory programme.

EDD 2019’s overarching title is « Addressing inequalities: building a world which leaves no one behind« .

PLATFORMA is organising a lab debate « Addressing inequalities through territorial inclusive governance » with CLGF (19 June, 14:45-16:00, D4) and co-organising a lab debate « The role of decentralised cooperation to address rising inequalities » with the Region of Andalucía & UNDP (18 June, 9:30-10:45, D1).

You will also have the opportunity to meet us and the other signatories of Framework Partnership Agreements (FPAs) at the ‘Global Village City Hall’ stand. There, AIMF, CEMR/PLATFORMA, CLGF, UCLG and UCLG-Africa will present you how localising the SDGs leaves no one and no place behind.
