CUF Rencontres on local authorities in international action are back in September
The 14th edition of Cités Unies France «Rencontres» on the international action of local authorities will take place on Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 September 2023 at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, in Paris.
Each year, this event allows French and foreign local & regional governments – small, medium and large cities, departments, regions, metropolises and other inter-municipalities – and all their partners to come together, to take stock of the challenges of international action by local authorities, to envisage new perspectives for exchanges and to create links and opportunities for cooperation.
In a format that has proved its worth, the «Rencontres» will be structured around the proposed theme: «What contribution can local and regional authorities make to resolving major global issues?»
Conferences, thematic workshops, geographical meetings and micro-workshops will follow one another during this day and a half, in order to encourage exchanges between French local authorities and partners as well as their foreign partners.
Online registration will open on 15 June 2023.
