The aim of this seminar, organised by Nantes Metropolitan Area, is to produce the terms of reference for a potential European program platform for the exchange of best practices between Francophone African cities. To that end, in addition to inviting technical and political representatives of the Nantes metropolitan area partners, the event also brings together the national associations of cities of Cameroon and Guinea, United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLGA), as well as European partners interested in joining the project.
