Call for interest for drafting a study on local and regional governments within the EU-ACP cooperation agreement

PLATFORMA is launching a call for interest for drafting a research on local and regional governments within the Cotonou Partnership Agreement. The resulting publication will enable local and regional governments and their association to be heard and come up with strong recommendation for the negotiations on the Post-Cotonou.
We are looking for someone available shortly, with an excellent knowledge of the European development policy and in particular the Cotonou Partnership Agreement and the European Development Fund.
The candidate should have a good understanding of local and regional governments’ world, most particularly of their work in the field of development cooperation. Ideally the successful candidate will have prior experience in complex research and analysis.

- a cover letter resuming approach and experience
- a CV of the candidate
- a detailed price quotation (including unit prices per deliverable and/or proposed activity)
- a methodological note (max. 3 pages) – including a clear timeline
