CPMR is looking for an expert Southern Neighbourhood

The CPMR and its Intermediterranean Commission are seeking to appoint an expert to support them in implementing its commitment within PLATFORMA Strategic Partnership Activity A.3.2.2. Dialogue with European Southern Neighbourhood.
More precisely, s/he will support the elaboration of a training module on the delivery of public services with a territorial integrated approach in the Mediterranean.
The global geographical focus of the Training Module is the entire Mediterranean basin while the specific one for both the contents and the Training Session will be Tunisian and Moroccan subnational authorities.
Deliverables:
- Manual addressing the delivery of public services at regional level in the Southern Neighbourhood
- Training Session : the expert will be in charge of facilitating the Session and presenting the final version of the Manual
