The NALAS Working Group will meet on 30-31 March 2023 in Skopje, North Macedonia under the Project “BACID III (Building Administrative Capacities of the Western Balkans and the Republic of Moldova). It will bring together members from the Associations of Local governments, members of NALAS and city-leaders from a number of cities across our region to discuss best practices, share experiences, and identify opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Day 1 will be dedicated to multilevel government dialog and aligning local, national and EU-level strategies, funding opportunities and grant Absorption, identifying opportunities for future partnerships and collaboration, and applying proper mechanism in the NALAS Knowledge centre and e-Academy.

Day 2 will focus on “The Power of Partnership” – Driving Smart City Success through Collaboration featuring presentations from key stakeholders such as academia, business partners, and municipalities displaying successfully implemented digitalization initiatives and wish to share their experiences with us.
