The purpose of this conference entitled « Rethinking decentralised cooperation in a context of multiple transitions » is to debate among international relations and decentralised cooperation professionals from European and Latin American local and regional governments, municipal networks, third-sector entities, global justice entities, research centers and European and Latin American experts with a recognised track record.
