Less than two weeks to go before 11th edition of the “Internationalisation of towns & regions” meeting by Cités Unies France
The 11th edition of the “Internationalisation of towns & regions” meeting organised by Cités Unies France (CUF) is taking place on 21-22 September 2020 at the Cités des sciences et de l’industrie in Paris.
As every year, these “Rencontres” are organised in partnership with the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the French Development Agency (AFD) and PLATFORMA project, co-funded by the European Union.
PLATFORMA is organising on 22 September from 11.00 to 12.30: European model – what reality for the action of local and regional governments in Europe, which advocacy tools to make it evolve?

Sanitary rules will be put in place to ensure the health security of participants during the two days of the event. Wearing a mask will be compulsory in all areas.
4th call for the support system with local authorities DCOL
The fourth call for the DCOL system was launched on August 4. Implemented by Cités Unies France, the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, the system consists of the provision of expertise via a consultant to local authorities around two axes: support for the development or redefinition of an international action strategy, and support for setting up a project.
The deadline for submitting a request for support for this call is October 2, 2020.
