Register to the 21st edition of the « Specialist in Decentralised Cooperation » online course

If you work or collaborate with local governments, public administrations, cooperation agencies, or actors involved in international action, this training offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your knowledge and skills in the field of decentralised cooperation.

Spearheaded by the Observatory on Decentralised Cooperation European Union–Latin America and the Caribbean (an initiative of the Barcelona Provincial Council), this course has established itself as a key reference point for professionals interested in the internationalisation of local governments and cooperation policies. The training will run for three months, with a total duration equivalent to 70 teaching hours.
