DIBA’s Webinar – “Decentralised cooperation in front of the crisis of the development model”
On 22 April from 15:30 to 17:00 CEST, the Observatory of Decentralised Cooperation of the International Relations Directorate of the Barcelona Provincial Council organises a dialogue on how to reorient and rethink decentralised cooperation in the current crisis context, which has shown the expiration of the current development model.
In the event, the last two publications from the Observatory will be presented: on the one hand, “Decentralised cooperation as a mechanism to address inequalities and enhance democracy in the territories”, prepared by Agustí Fernández de Losada; and on the other hand, “Guide to decentralised cooperation for elected officials”, made by the group La Mundial.
The event will be attended by the authors of these publications and the Member of the European Parliament, Mónica Silvana González. The Deputy Councillor for International Relations of the Barcelona Provincial Council, Pilar Díaz will open the presentation session, the round-table and the subsequent debate with the audience.
