On Monday 3 July at the French National Assembly, Cités Unies France was organising a conference on territorial diplomacy and the international action of local governments facing crises, in partnership with PLATFORMA, United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) and City Diplomacy Lab. This conference was opened by François Hollande, former President of the French Republic.
