Organised by ICLEI on behalf of the Global Taskforce of local and regional governments – of which PLATFORMA is a member – and hosted by the City of Bonn and the State Government of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Climate Summit of Local and Regional Leaders will take place within the Bonn zone of COP23 on 12 November. Side-events and reception are planned on 11 and 13 November.
