From 2010 to 2013, Marlène was Policy Officer for the Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur Region (PACA) in charge of Decentralised Cooperation, Research & Innovation and Structural funds. In 2013, she joined CEMR first as Policy Officer and later as Policy Adviser in Charge of Regional and Urban Policy. In this position, she followed the negotiations on the Urban Agenda for the EU and the link with the Global Urban Agenda and followed the Habitat 3 Quito negotiation for PLATFORMA and CEMR. Marlène holds a Doctorate in Economics; she did her thesis on Urban Development in Latin America and a Master on Development Economy.
Boris is in charge of project coordination, with 15+ years of experience in the fields of local governance, international cooperation and statutory affairs. His background includes political science, international relations, law and sciences studied in Bratislava, London and Strasbourg.
A graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux and a doctorate in political science, Amandine Sabourin is a specialist in European issues and development policies. After working at the French Embassy in Moldova and then in Poland, and teaching international relations, public policies and European issues at the university, she is an advocacy officer for PLATFORMA. She is also a scientific collaborator of the IEE-ULB (Brussels).
After obtaining his master’s degree in European Studies at the University of Florence, Theodor joined PLATFORMA in January 2021 for an internship promoted by the Erasmus+ programme. He seeks to further develop his academic skills in a practical context. His main professional interests are policy advocacy and SDGs implementation within local and regional governments.
With an experience of eight years in EU bubble press rooms for various media (Le Parisien, EurActiv.com, Les Echos de Pologne, DeHavillandEU), Hervé joined PLATFORMA to put decentralized cooperation in the spotlight. He studied political sciences in Lille & Cracow and journalism in Paris.
Daniela is in charge of the accounting and administrative aspects of the PLATFORMA project.
