The Region Sud-Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (France) has launched a call for decentralised cooperation projects CLIMAAAT “Contribution to the Fight Against the Intensification of Climate Change in the Mediterranean: Adaptation, Mitigation & Territorial Action”, which is scheduled to close on 17 September 2018.
The beneficiaries of this call are local authorities, associations and public or private structures carrying out activities related to climate change on the regional territory, universities, research centers, etc. headquartered in the Region Sud-Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (France). Only projects with territories with which the Region Sud-Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur maintains cooperation relations (Armenia, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine) are eligible for the call for projects .
This call for projects has a total budget of 250 000 € and the maximum amount of the participation of the Region will be €30 000.
The nature of the projects should concern: Energy – carbon, Mobility, Waste – circular economy, Agriculture, Sea, Water, Risk management, Sustainable tourism.
