Screening of the movie “No kid without a birth certificate” in presence of Vincent Acakpo, Mayor of Dogbo (Benin), Kris Declercq, Mayor of Roeselare (Belgium) and Jean Crousillac, producer. Dogbo and Roeselare were awarded the first prize of the PLATFORMAwards last year for their joint birth registration project.

During the dinner, Bernarda Castillo, Mayor of Telpaneca (Nicaragua), will also receive her prize. She couldn’t attend the award ceremony in May 2018 where she was rewarded with the 3rd prize for a town twinning with Inca (Spain), covering education, water management and sanitation, support to local economies and cooperatives.
