PLATFORMA consultation on the upcoming European Commission Communication on LRA in development
The European Commission is reconsidering the EU policy in support of local authorities in partner countries. The policy is expected to be released early 2013, through a Communication dubbed ‘Local authorities in development’.
In order to inform this process, PLATFORMA is organising a consultation involving LRA in Europe and in partner countries.
ROUND TABLES
Geneva round table is taking place in the context of a high level seminar organised by AIMF.
In total eight round tables are being held, from August 30th until December 8th in the context of events organised by PLATFORMA partners, in Geneva, Arusha, Cadiz, Bialystok, Jakarta, Madrid, Solomon Islands and Dakar.
ONLINE CONSULTATION
Besides, in order to reach a large number of stakeholders, PLATFORMA has set up an online survey. The questionnaire is quick and easy to answer and will only take a few minutes of your time. Deadline to fill out the form is 15 November.
