The Mediterranean Commission of UCLG, the City of Marseille, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Regionand all member networks of the Mediterranean Commission are organising, with the support of the french Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the 3th Forum of Local and Regional Authorities of the Mediterranean on 3-4 April 2013 in Marseille.

Following the radical changes that have taken place in the region, this Assembly of Mediterranean elected officials will once again provide the occasion for exchanges on political, economic and social challenges, and for a fruitful contribution to development and peace efforts in the Mediterranean.
