During the 4th edition of the Genre-Equality Fortnight organized by the Rhone-Alps Region, Refugees-Cosi Forum will organize, on the 17 October 2014, a debate-conference about “Decentralized cooperation in regards to the promotion of women’s rights”. The promotion of the equality of the sexes and the emancipation of women represents a sine qua none condition to sustainable development. Throughout the debate, local representatives and their French and international partners will share their experiences in this topic.
