The seminar, co-organised with the Latvian Association of Local and Regional Governments (LALRG) and PLATFORMA, will discuss the consultation launched by the European Commission “Towards a new European Neighbourhood Policy”. Moreover, locally elected politicians, representatives of local and regional governments (LRGs) and representatives of associations of LRG, from the Eastern Partnership countries and from the EU Member States will have the opportunity to learn about relevant European institution’s programmes that can support the work of LRGs in the Eastern neighbourhood.
