Following a training cycle in 2016 devoted to the acquisition of a “climate culture” in the cooperation of local authorities, Cités Unies France is organizing, in partnership with ARENE Ile-de-France, a training to help communicate actions, projects and climate approaches in decentralized cooperation.

This training will be participative and based on a large number of animation tools.
