Organised by DIBA and the Committee of the Regions, the 10^th anniversary of the Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation EU – Latin America will bring together European officials, representatives of local and regional governments, associations of local authorities and civil society, and will the focus on the elements of the shared-agenda between local European and Latin-American governments, and their cooperation policies.
