Key moment in the life of the association, the 15^th ARRICOD Universities are a a place to exchange practices, to share experiences and to reflect on the European and international actions of local authorities. The 2016 edition of the event will be held in the Hall of sugars in Dunkirk on 11 and 12 October 2016.
