On 29 and 30 of November 2021, the European Committee of the Regions and the European Commission (DG INTPA) are organising the Forum “Cities and Regions for International Partnerships”, bringing together local and regional authorities from the European Union and its partner countries, including Africa, Asia/Pacific and Latin America.

The forum will be held in an on-line format, using an innovative participatory approach through multiple workshops allowing elected local and regional representatives to propose and lead discussions with their counterparts on subjects of their particular interest and to establish direct links with colleagues from other geographic areas.

Working languages will be English, French and Spanish.

This 7th edition of the bi-annual forum will focus on “Green and Sustainable Recovery” and “Participatory Citizenship and Good Governance” as two key global challenges.

If you wish to submit a specific sub-topic for discussion during the event, fill in the form here by 17 November. You will be then contacted by the organisers regarding your submission.
