The 10th assises of Franco-Vietnamese decentralised cooperation will be held in Can Tho from 14 to 16 September. It is a privileged space for exchange between local and regional representatives of both countries. These meetings will bring together French and Vietnamese communities that cooperate on concrete projects in the framework of decentralised cooperation. They aim at strengthening existing cooperation and promoting the creation and development of new partnerships.
