CUF – 5th “Rencontres” of France-Japan decentralised cooperation
Building on the success of previous meetings, the City of Tours, coupled with Takamatsu, will host the fifth edition of the “Rencontres”, on 5 and 6 October 2016 on the main theme: “Innovation factor of economic dynamism and international influence for Japanese and French local authorities”.
