Marlène Siméon, director of PLATFORMA, is taking the floor at the event “Implementing the SDGs through EU Development Policy: the Joint Synthesis Report” coorganised by the European Commission and the European Economic and Social Committee.

This event is an opportunity to hear the views of key stakeholders on the EU and Member States’ track record in supporting implementation of the 2030 Agenda in developing countries – and to offer ideas for the future. It will be used to gather input for the Joint Synthesis Report and, ultimately, to help develop better EU policies and practices. It follows a written consultation of stakeholders for the JSR.
