The Forum of EU-Eastern Partnership Local Leaders “Eastern Partnership 10 Years anniversary: localising Sustainable Development Goals in the EU and the EaP” is co-organised with the Association of Lithuanian Local Authorities and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania on 24-25 October 2019 in Vilnius City Hall.

The Forum is organised in the framework of the strategic partnership between PLATFORMA and the European Commission (DG DEVCO) and the specific Eastern neighbourhood programme for three Eastern partnership countries: Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

The Forum will gather 120 Mayors, Councillors and professionals of local governance from Eastern partnership and European Union cities and regions. It aims at presenting the conclusion of 10 years of partnerships between the European Union local and regional governments and their Eastern partnership peers, but also to pave the way for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus. The meeting will be a great opportunity to design the partnerships of tomorrow and further open the EaP towards European integration.
