Luc Van den Brande, ARLEM member and former European Committee of the Regions (CoR) President, will chair and moderate a workshop on “Good governance and transparency in Mediterranean municipalities” organised with the support of ARLEM in the European Week of Regions and Cities 2017. This workshop will count on speakers from both sides of the Mediterranean.
