Eighth Latin-American Congress of cities and local governments “ExperienciAmérica”
The Latin American Federation of Cities, Municipalities and Associations of Local Governments – FLACMA – in its meetings held in March 2012 in Santiago de Chile, and in June 2013 in Iguazu, Misiones, Argentina, appointed the city of Santa Marta, Republic of Colombia to host the Eighth Continental Summit of Local Authorities, on 3, 4 and 5 September 2014.
