Organized by Euskal Fondoa and the Basque Government Delegation to the European Union, the seminar highlights the role of regional and local authorities as key players in development cooperation and as promoters of citizen participation and seeks the creation of innovative and efficient partnerships and the fostering of dialogue among multi-level actors.
