Localising the Global Gateway strategy in Mozambiquee | We are looking for a consultant
In preparation for the Conference on the localisation of the Global Gateway in Mozambique, scheduled to take place in Maputo (Mozambique) in June 2026, the Government of Catalonia (GenCat) in the framework of PLATFORMA, launches a service contract to elaborate a case study on localising the Global Gateway strategy in Mozambique, adopting a territorial approach, in line with Global Gateway’s core principles.
This assignment will deliver a 50-page document (excluding annexes) in both English and Portuguese, to be submitted to the Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and PLATFORMA–CEMR by 30 June 2026.
The total cost proposed for the service must not exceed €24,000, covering all fees, travel, per diem allowances, and any other expenses incurred by the Service Provider during the execution of the work.
