Public Consultation External Financing Instruments of the European Union: our answer

PLATFORMA made some suggestions to the European Commission Public Consultation on External Financing Instruments (EFI) of the European Union. Those concern the Development Cooperation Instrument (DCI), the European Development Fund (EDF), the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR), the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI), the Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace (IcSP) and the Common Implementing Regulation (CIR).
