Register to the 20th edition of the Course on Decentralised Cooperation
From 22 September to 20 December 2025, the International Relations Department of the Barcelona Provincial Council, as part of the 2025 training programme of the European Union-Latin America and Caribbean Decentralised Cooperation Observatory, is launching the 20th edition of the online Specialist Course in Decentralised Cooperation.
This is a specialisation in international relations and cooperation, closely linked to development and local governance. This free course, taught in Spanish, is mainly aimed at local and regional government professionals working in the field of decentralised cooperation, particularly in Latin America.
However, other actors in decentralised cooperation, such as global justice entities, administrations at other levels, international organisations, associations of municipalities, etc. may also apply for a limited number of the 35 places available.
The training aims to enhance the role of decentralised governments by strengthening their capacities to develop local public policies in the fields of international action and decentralised cooperation.
The registration period ends on 8 September 2025 (inclusive).
