The 2nd State Meeting of Local Governments and International Development Cooperation will take place in the city of Lugo on 7 and 8 February 2023.

The II State Meeting is co-organised by the Confederation of Cooperation and Solidarity Funds, the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the Galician Cooperation Fund.

This 2nd Meeting comes just after the approval of the new Law on Cooperation for Sustainable Development and Global Solidarity at the end of last December.
