Organised by the European Commission, this forum annually brings together national and local representatives and major European development stakeholders to network, share know-hows and showcase the ways in which Member States, the Commission, citizens and local and regional governments are contributing to the eradication of poverty and the promotion of human rights. It will this year serve as the flagship event of the European Year for Development.
