France: the call for projects in support of decentralised cooperation “Youth III” is open!
The Delegation to the External Action of Local and Regional Governments (DAECT) at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development opens the third part of its Call for projects “Youth”. It aims to support initiatives on mobility in the fields of vocational training for young people, and European and international mobility within the framework of volunteering.
- Welcoming and sending young volunteers in the framework of decentralised cooperation projects, while respecting the principles of reciprocity, gender equality and social diversity;
- Supporting exchanges between vocational training institutions in cooperation territories, in order to increase the possibilities for international and European mobility between learners, teachers and trainers;
- Developing exchanges related to the strengthening of the capacities of the communities in terms of vocational training (governance, structuring training offers, etc.), which is key to an inclusive and sustainable economic development of the territories;
- Supporting the dynamics of exchanges, creating and/or strengthening vocational training opportunities on the territories.
To prepare your response to this call, you can use the guidance document (in French) “Youth, Mobility, Territories: Recommendations for external actions of the territories” prepared within the framework of the National Commission for Decentralised Cooperation upstream of The setting up of calls for projects “Youth”.
