[UPDATED] New training offered by the Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation

1 September 2021

Facing the new post-pandemic reality, with global challenges imposed at local and regional level, the 2030 Agenda emerges, with a broad global consensus, as the frame of reference to guide the recovery process after the crisis, as well as to achieve global sustainable development.

In this context, the Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation is launching two new online courses in order to foster the role of local and regional governments (LRGs), strengthening their capacities to develop local public policies focused on the fields of international action and decentralised cooperation, and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and SDGs.

Online trainings are:

  • Online course on Decentralised Cooperation (16th edition)

Traditional Observatory course carried out with the collaboration of PLATFORMA, with the financial support of the European Union. It is a specialization between international relations and cooperation, closely linked to development and local governance and that seeks to strengthen local and regional public policies for decentralised cooperation, so that they respond to the challenges of each territorial context.

This course will be taught in French and Spanish. The pre-registration period ends on 9 September 2021.
