The 5th AN^MAR Forum strengthened territorial alliances between Andalusia and Northern Morocco
The 5th edition of the AN^MAR Forum meant reinforcing international political dialogue to advance the sustainable development of municipalities and public services as guarantors of equality. It was held in Tangier from 21 to 22 November under the theme “Partnerships from the municipal and territorial cooperation” with the participation of more than 80 local and territorial authorities, Andalusian and Northern Moroccan partners of the AN^MAR Federation.
This Forum was organised by the Federation of Local Authorities of Northern Morocco and Andalusia (AN^MAR), the Andalusian Fund of Municipalities for International Solidarity (FAMSI) and the Directorate General of Territorial Authorities (DGCT) of the Ministry of the Interior of the Kingdom of Morocco; and co-financed by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), the Provincial Council of Jaén, and the European Commission through PLATFORMA.

Local Public Policies for Equality and the 2030 Agenda
The Seminar on Local Public Policies for Equality and the 2030 Agenda was also held in Tangiers to share progress on equality issues. More than 80 participants from local and provincial governments, associations and technicians from mayors’ offices from four different countries and the gender learning community of Morocco-Mauritania-Tunisia-Andalusia, as well as other interested entities such as REFELA, UCLG Africa and UN Women Morocco, met on Tuesday 21 November. This meeting was organised by FAMSI (Andalusian Fund of Municipalities for International Solidarity), the Anmar Federation, the Ministry of the Interior of the Kingdom of Morocco, the Association of Mauritanian Women Mayors, the National Federation of Tunisian Communes, and co-financed by the Provincial Council of Cadiz, the Provincial Council of Jaen and the Spanish Agency for Development Cooperation (AECID).

MOVE GREEN: promoting the employability of young people in the renewable energy sector
The MOVE GREEN project continues to develop its activities and strengthen the actions aimed at its sustainability. To this end, its objectives were promoted and actions were carried out on 21, 22 and 23 November in Tangiers. Among them, an agreement was signed between the Federation of Anmar, FAMSI and the University of University AbdelMalek Essadi to strengthen training with other entities and support the employability of young people in this project.
On 21 November and in the framework of the activities of the V Forum AN^MAR, a panel for the sustainability of the project was held with reflections for the promotion of training in the renewable energy sector.
