What you shouldn’t miss at EDD 2019!

7 June 2019

Did you know that cities and regions play a key role in reducing inequalities all over the world? This year, the European Development Days (EDDs) are focusing on “Addressing inequalities: building a world which leaves no one behind”. Join us and discover how towns and regions are taking action on a daily basis to promote equality and shared prosperity in sustainable development!

The European Development Days (EDDs) are Europe’s leading development forum, gathering more than 8,000 participants from over 140 countries  and representing 1,200 organisations from the development community every year. This year, sessions and stands are shared around the three main themes:

  • Why inequalities matter for sustainable development
  • Understanding the structural causes of inequalities
  • Working better together through more effective policies to address inequalities
